Cookery with Ursula Ferrigno

Although there have been changes at RSJ this year, with the introduction of Stick Mango at RSJ, there are plans to continue our association with Ursula Ferrigno - to provide past and new customers looking for the authentic Italian experience a chance to taste the exquisite delight of Ursula’s relaxed Italian Sunday lunch. For those of you who like to research before trying - additional information about Ursula and her cookery is available on her web site www.cookwithus.com

If you would like to assist Ursula during the morning – making bread, pasta, soup and the sauces associated with these lunches- there are a limited number of places available. The cookery tuition will cost an extra £30 per person. Whether booking for lunch or the cookery tuition - please book early to avoid disappointment as these events are extremely popular.

Lunch starts at 1:00 p.m. when everyone is gathered together, and will include a glass of wine on arrival to start the transition into Ursula’s Italian culinary enchantment
